Contact form: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message, in order to respond to your enquiry. This information is stored in our internal tool, read by the Group team responsible for the subject you choose and automatically deleted 3 years after our last exchange.
Job applications: identity, contact details, desired role, message, postcode, availability, experience, highest qualification, vehicle, driving licence, CV and cover letter, in order to assess your application. This information is read by the people in charge of recruitment within the Group and automatically deleted 2 years after our last contact, or sooner if you ask us to. If you are hired, it becomes part of your employee file.
Service providers: Fly.io (hosting of the site and of our internal tool, servers in Paris), Supabase (database, servers in Paris), Resend (email delivery, servers in Ireland), Google (email).
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise these rights, write to us using the contact form or by post to our registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
